Un OVNI face à l’Hélicoptère du Président Carter

Le gouvernement fédéral pourrait envisager sérieusement les OVNIS et, cette fois, tout faire pour découvrir leur véritable nature. C’est ce qu’a prédit un ufologue bien connu après qu’une photographe professionnelle a pris des clichés en juin dernier du président Carter alors qu’il se préparait à quitter Fort Clayton, au Panama.

Linda Arosemena, en terminant son rouleau de film, a pris une dernière photo de l’hélicoptère du président au moment où il décollait. Une fois développée, la photo a stupéfié tout le monde en montrant une soucoupe volante planant au-dessus de la foule qui se dispersait et derrière l’hélicoptère présidentiel. Plus étrange encore, l’objet n’avait pas été détecté par le radar installé pour garantir la sécurité totale du président !

Mlle Arosemena a pris cette photo mystérieuse le 17 juin 1979, vers 13 h 20. Elle travaille comme responsable de l’information visuelle à la Defense Mapping Agency Inter-American Geodetic Survey à Fort Clayton. Ses collègues la décrivent comme « très fiable et une photographe experte ».

Elle a décrit la photo comme suit :

« J’ai pris ce que je pensais être des photos de routine du départ du président. Lorsque le film a été développé, l’OVNI était clairement visible et planait près de l’hélicoptère en partance du président. Une fois la photo agrandie, il ne faisait aucun doute qu’un OVNI avait été capturé de manière inattendue.

Linda Arosemena a déclaré :

« C’est très clair sur la photo. Puisque l’image montre une multitude de points de référence, il ne fait aucun doute de la réalité de l’OVNI. »

Quelques secondes avant, Mlle Arosemena avait pris la photo 35, qui ne montrait aucune trace de l’OVNI. « Le négatif montrant l’OVNI est de la même qualité que les autres, et je ne pense pas qu’il s’agisse d’un reflet de l’objectif, » a-t-elle précisé. « Il n’y a aucune explication, sauf qu’un OVNI était présent, inconnu de tous jusqu’à ce qu’il soit capturé sur le film. »

Dans le cadre de son enquête, Mlle Arosemena a contacté Frank Graba de la FAA pour savoir si quelque chose était apparu sur les radars à ce moment-là. Sa réponse fut négative. Une copie de la photo, accompagnée des informations pertinentes, a été envoyée au président Carter.

Comme il s’agit du premier OVNI connu à avoir été capturé sur film tout en violant la sécurité présidentielle, les ufologues s’attendent à un regain d’intérêt pour le sujet de la part des hauts responsables gouvernementaux.

Linda utilisait un appareil photo Nikon avec moteur, un film noir et blanc Kodak Tri-X. Elle a pris la photo à 1/150 de seconde, ouverture de l’objectif à f/16.

Fait curieux, un autre OVNI a été aperçu à Fort Amador, au Panama, 24 heures plus tôt. Beaucoup se demandent s’il ne s’agissait pas du même objet. Brenda Reilly a rapporté cette observation alors qu’elle pêchait avec des amis sur la jetée de Fort Amador.

Sandra Chandler, une autre membre du groupe de pêcheurs, a remarqué des lumières mystérieuses dans le ciel couvert et a attiré l’attention de Mlle Reilly. « Cela tournait et avançait, » a expliqué Mlle Reilly. « Puis, cela a soudainement disparu. »

Avant que le groupe ne voie la photo de Mlle Arosemena, un dessin de l’OVNI a été réalisé. Il montre un ovale noir au centre avec une couverture extérieure gris terne métallique. « Plus tard, nous avons vu la photo de Mlle Arosemena et avons été vraiment choqués, » a déclaré Mlle Reilly. « …car c’était exactement le même que celui que nous avions vu ! »

On pense que d’autres photographes ont peut-être accidentellement capturé l’OVNI sur leur pellicule. UFO Update invite toute personne ayant pris des clichés à envoyer une copie accompagnée de toutes les informations de contexte. Cela pourrait être crucial dans notre tentative de résoudre l’énigme des OVNIS.

A UFO Confronts President Carter’s Helicopter

The federal government might seriously consider UFOs this time, doing everything possible to uncover their true nature. This is the prediction of a well-known ufologist after a professional photographer captured remarkable images last June of President Carter as he prepared to depart from Fort Clayton, Panama.

Linda Arosemena, finishing her roll of film, took one last shot of the President’s helicopter as it took off. Once developed, the photo astonished everyone, showing a flying saucer hovering above the dispersing crowd and behind the presidential helicopter. Even stranger, the object was not detected by radar, which had been set up to ensure the President’s absolute security!

Ms. Arosemena captured this mysterious photo on June 17, 1979, at around 1:20 PM. She works as the Visual Information Officer at the Defense Mapping Agency Inter-American Geodetic Survey in Fort Clayton. Her colleagues describe her as "highly reliable and an expert photographer."

She described the photo as follows:

“I took what I thought were routine photos of the President’s departure. When the film was developed, the UFO was clearly visible, hovering near the President’s departing helicopter. Once the photo was enlarged, there was no doubt that a UFO had been unexpectedly captured.”

Linda Arosemena stated:

“It’s very clear in the photo. Since the image includes numerous reference points, there is no doubt about the UFO’s reality.”

Just seconds earlier, Ms. Arosemena had taken photo number 35, which showed no trace of the UFO. “The negative showing the UFO is of the same quality as the others, and I don’t believe it’s a lens reflection,” she clarified. “There is no explanation other than that a UFO was present, unknown to everyone until it was captured on film.”

As part of her investigation, Ms. Arosemena contacted Frank Graba of the FAA to find out if anything had appeared on the radars at that time. His response was negative. A copy of the photo, along with pertinent information, was sent to President Carter.

Since this is the first known instance of a UFO being captured on film while breaching presidential security, ufologists anticipate renewed interest in the subject from high-ranking government officials.

Linda used a Nikon motorized camera with Kodak Tri-X black-and-white film. The photo was taken at 1/150 of a second with the lens aperture set to f/16.

Curiously, another UFO was sighted at Fort Amador, Panama, 24 hours earlier. Many wonder if it was the same object. Brenda Reilly reported this sighting while fishing with friends on the Fort Amador pier.

Sandra Chandler, another member of the fishing group, noticed mysterious lights in the overcast sky and drew Ms. Reilly’s attention. “It was spinning and moving forward,” explained Ms. Reilly. “Then it suddenly disappeared.”

Before the group saw Ms. Arosemena’s photo, a drawing of the UFO had been made. It depicted a black oval center with a dull metallic gray outer covering. “Later, we saw Ms. Arosemena’s photo and were truly shocked,” said Ms. Reilly, “…because it was exactly the same as what we had seen!”

It is believed that other photographers may have accidentally captured the UFO on their film. UFO Update invites anyone who took pictures to send a copy along with all contextual information. This could be crucial in our attempt to solve the UFO mystery.

После проявки фотография ошеломила всех: на ней была видна летающая тарелка, парящая над толпой, которая расходилась, и за президентским вертолетом. Ещё более странным было то, что объект не был зафиксирован радаром, установленным для обеспечения полной безопасности президента!

Мисс Аросемена сделала этот загадочный снимок 17 июня 1979 года около 13:20. Она работает специалистом по визуальной информации в Межамериканской геодезической службе Агентства оборонного картографирования в Форт-Клейтоне. Коллеги описывают её как «очень надёжного и опытного фотографа».

Она описала фото так:

«Я делала то, что считала рутинными снимками отъезда президента. Когда пленка была проявлена, НЛО был отчётливо виден, парящий рядом с вертолетом президента. После увеличения снимка не оставалось сомнений, что НЛО был случайно запечатлён.»

Линда Аросемена заявила:

«На фотографии всё видно очень чётко. Поскольку изображение содержит множество точек отсчёта, не остаётся сомнений в реальности НЛО.»

За несколько секунд до этого мисс Аросемена сделала снимок №35, на котором не было никаких следов НЛО. «Негатив с изображением НЛО такого же качества, как и остальные, и я не думаю, что это отражение от объектива», — уточнила она. «Нет никакого объяснения, кроме того, что НЛО действительно был там, оставаясь незамеченным до тех пор, пока не попал на плёнку.»

В рамках своего расследования мисс Аросемена связалась с Фрэнком Грабой из Федерального управления гражданской авиации (FAA), чтобы узнать, зафиксировал ли радар что-либо в этот момент. Ответ был отрицательным. Копия фотографии вместе с соответствующей информацией была отправлена президенту Картеру.

Поскольку это первый известный случай, когда НЛО был зафиксирован на фотографии, нарушив президентскую безопасность, уфологи ожидают возобновления интереса к этой теме со стороны высокопоставленных государственных чиновников.

Любопытно, что за 24 часа до этого другой НЛО был замечен в районе Форт-Амадор, Панама. Многие задаются вопросом, не был ли это тот же самый объект. Бренда Рейли сообщила об этом наблюдении, когда она с друзьями рыбачила на пирсе Форт-Амадор.

Сандра Чендлер, другая участница рыболовной группы, заметила загадочные огни в пасмурном небе и привлекла внимание мисс Рейли. «Оно вращалось и двигалось вперёд», — объяснила мисс Рейли. «Затем оно внезапно исчезло.»

До того как группа увидела фото мисс Аросемены, был создан рисунок НЛО. На нём изображён чёрный овал в центре с внешней оболочкой металлического серого цвета. «Позже мы увидели фото мисс Аросемены и были действительно потрясены», — сказала мисс Рейли, «...потому что это был точно тот же объект, что мы видели!»

Считается, что другие фотографы могли случайно запечатлеть НЛО на своей плёнке. Журнал UFO Update приглашает всех, кто делал фотографии, прислать копию вместе с информацией о контексте. Это может стать ключом к разгадке тайны НЛО.
